Xoralia is an effective product for managing policies in an increasingly policy-driven world. Implementation has been simple, and we were guided by multiple training sessions from a technical expert in the product, who was always happy to answer any questions we have about getting the most of the product. There are some good features to ensure version control, along with approval processes workflows. The Teams integration makes it easy for end users to find and read policies. Policies are stored in SharePoint so we retain control over our documents. Overall an excellent product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Xoralia - SharePoint policy management software? No feature at the moment to archive policies without simply removing them from the product. Limited customisation ability for email notifications - You can add a company logo but not amend wording to make it look more personable for example. Our policies were stored in our HR system, which had limited capability to monitor/enforce reading and attestation, and no version control.
