As someone who works with large documents in Xodo (i.e., hundreds of pages), I have really appreciated how quickly you can make annotations such as underline, highlight and add marginalia without disrupting your reading flow. When working with this length of material, it is so helpful to be able to view all your annotations in one panel rather than having to guess which annotation you made last week. When working with large files, it's always a good practice to confirm that the file exported has saved properly. Although Xodo allows you to back-up, I've occasionally lost annotations from the previous day while reviewing a document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

First, Xodo PDF Studio is a simple PDF editor. There is no learning curve at all, so you can master this PDF software pretty fast.

Second, I found that it has advanced PDF reader and editor functions. It's clearly among the more advanced PDF editors I tested so far.

Furthermore, it offers affordable pricing, especially for teams with more than 20 seats, as they receive an additional 15% discount.

Moreover, I wanted to highlight the redaction tool, as it was quite useful during my Xodo PDF editor review, and many other software do not offer this.

Lastly, it is great that there is a cross-platform usage on Web, iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux, even if this is included in the Document Suite plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Xodo to manage schedules and documents related to event organization. What I like most is that from the first glance at the main dashboard, I have all the tools I need to annotate, highlight and edit PDF documents quickly. Xodo is perfect for converting PDF-to-XLSX format directly from the application, and it also allows me to rearrange and adapt tables and data for use in presentations or sharing with colleagues. Xodo is one of the better pdf readers/signers I've ever used and the fact it has so many wonderful features like managing pdfs, compressing pdfs and converting pdfs into different file types all for free is amazing to me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't think there is anything in particular I dislike about xodo. I've been using it for years and years and I can safely say it's definitely one of the more intuitive apps I've used Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'll keep my favorite parts of Xodo to a few items.

The annotation tools are my first pick because I use Xodo to study large PDFs. They offer more annotations than others and are very simple to use, especially if using a keyboard for shortcuts. With those, you press one key instead of clicking through menus. You can also set multiple styles presets for your highlighter, underline, etc. Swapping colors is one simple click. Xodo then keeps track of all your annotations in a sidebar list. No need to bookmark them or create a document while you're reading to keep track of them. It's an automatic, simple-to-use review.

Xodo is truely cross paltform. You're not locked into a walled garden with Xodo, where you must choose what device to use. I have an Android phone, a Chromebook, and Windows PC, and an iPad mini. It's simple to use on every single platform. Not only do they have apps, but their site is a PWA you can download.

Cloud saves. I use Xodo Drive for some of my documents, but if you don't want to use that, you can have Xodo open directly from Drive or other cloud platforms and save it that way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It took me a minute to figure out how to save documents. It isn't a big deal once you learn how to do it, but I wish there was something in the app that explained it better before I lost a few saves. In the new version of the Xodo mobile application, there are some problems like page rendering, open pdf errors, I want the developer team to update it soon, and we will get a new update soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are hardly any, but sometimes it is slow on iPad and pdfs takes more time to load. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has the feature to switch to different viewing modes (Horizontal Scroll, Vertical Scroll, Reading Mode, etc.). Its word search is faster than other apps. Also, you can track how many pages and words have been scanned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Edit assumes the PDF page as an Image, not editing the original text in the PDF. It can be improved using OCR readers, which can capture text in the Image as well as PDF. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Xodo is an easy-to-use pdf editing option, it's free version has many features that are very helpful in managing your documents. It can merge large documents with ease. Reading books is also very soothing. There are cool color modes to select from. It has some cool features with Samsung Note. A stylus can be used for annotating. Highlighting text & signing document options are available. Viewing modes are cool. One can easily read books using this software & scrolling is also smooth, and it's not harsh on the eyes as many other softwares are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing to complain about this software. Everything just works smoothly. The paid version has more cool features but the free version is also fine. No complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
