You have to always optimize full databases tables although this is not a big issue. another feature like lazy-load is also not available in the free plan which is must that every site should have. **What problems is WP-Optimize solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automatically optimizing database tables Remove old post revisions while keeping the last few revisions Optimizing images on upload Setting proper cache-control settings to keep the cache always hot although you can minify the CSS, JS, Html but I like it to enable on Cloudflare so that's your call ### 9. It also has image compression, caching and ccs/java minify, but I use other plugins for that. I use the free version (as I don't use all their tools, paying is not worth for me). Overall, it is a good choice and it could be your only optimization plugin. **What do you dislike about WP-Optimize?** Its performance is subpar to dedicated plugins. For example, I use Cache Enabler for caching and ShortPixel for image optimization. WP-Optimize is the type of "jack of all trades, master of none" plugin. **What problems is WP-Optimize solving and how is that benefiting you?** Their database cleanup can be done manually or scheduled (so you basically set it up once and forget about it).
