False advertising.

The website advertises 24/7 edits that include new Landing pages as long as it does not require custom development.

My requests for creating landing pages were all denied and I was routed to a 3rd party service - that would be charged extra.

When speaking to customer service I enquired about using the staging feature of my hosting provider and got a reply that it was ok, as long as the staging site was a copy of the production site. I implemented the staging service and, when notifying WPBuffs, I was required to pay an additional plan, as if I had a second website, even though my staging site was an exact copy of the main website. They respond quickly to emails, but the response doesn't necessarily give you the answer you're looking for. And the *minimal* work they completed seemed to be good. But the keyword there is minimal - as in not worth the money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their onboarding took nine days, which is not efficient. And during that process, I had to follow up several times to get an idea of when this lengthy onboarding would be complete so we could start working on the site. When they finally finished onboarding, I provided them with a list of edits that needed to be made. They were initially quick with making these updates; however, they slowed to a crawl once I told them to cancel the upcoming renewal (since we decided to re-design the website). It seemed like they were wasting time dragging things out until our plan ended, so they no longer had to work on the site. Initially, they completed edit requests in about 2 (maybe 3) days. However, after we gave them the notice to cancel and we still had two weeks left on the subscription, they slowed down drastically, only completing 2 tasks in that two-week timeframe. I'm happy with the turnaround times, the follow-up, the level of expertise and the initiative the Buffs take to solve "problems" or more difficult tasks (e.g. seeking assistance / input from other Buffs). No live chat support. The live chat support feature offered by my hosting service is really an incredible value-add to their service. I wish WP Buffs had live chat. However, email support DOES work! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
