These guys rock n roll! **What problems is WP Buffs, LLC solving and how is that benefiting you?** When all the nuts and bolts have gone missing WPBuffs are there to roll their sleeves and dive into the problem. Their proactive approach and dedication to fixing issues have been a lifesaver for me on multiple occasions. Highly recommended for anyone seeking reliable WordPress support! ### 4. Unfortunatelly that is just a strategy to keep customers busy so that at one point you give up. **What do you dislike about WP Buffs, LLC?** False advertising. The website advertises 24/7 edits that include new Landing pages as long as it does not require custom development. My requests for creating landing pages were all denied and I was routed to a 3rd party service - that would be charged extra. When speaking to customer service I enquired about using the staging feature of my hosting provider and got a reply that it was ok, as long as the staging site was a copy of the production site. I implemented the staging service and, when notifying WPBuffs, I was required to pay an additional plan, as if I had a second website, even though my staging site was an exact copy of the main website. **Recommendations to others considering WP Buffs, LLC:** Keep away. It is a scam. **What problems is WP Buffs, LLC solving and how is that benefiting you?** In principle I joined WPBuffs as a way to avoid needing an internal web maintenance team. Unfortunatelly, the company does not deliver what it advertises. When requesting the advertised services, intead of having them delivered, you receive continuous time wasting replies about why they cannot actually deliver it, even though at sale time, they advertise it is possible. ### 5. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. **What do you dislike about WP Buffs, LLC?** Sometimes working with people in a different hemisphere can mean time delays but WP Buffs kept this to a minimum. **What problems is WP Buffs, LLC solving and how is that benefiting you?** Running an online store on Wordpress is hard enough without needing to know all of the back end code and plugins. WP Buffs helped us not only when things inevitably broke at the worst times but by suggesting ways to avoid this in the future. ### 6. And the *minimal* work they completed seemed to be good. But the keyword there is minimal - as in not worth the money. **What do you dislike about WP Buffs, LLC?** Their onboarding took nine days, which is not efficient. And during that process, I had to follow up several times to get an idea of when this lengthy onboarding would be complete so we could start working on the site. When they finally finished onboarding, I provided them with a list of edits that needed to be made. They were initially quick with making these updates; however, they slowed to a crawl once I told them to cancel the upcoming renewal (since we decided to re-design the website). It seemed like they were wasting time dragging things out until our plan ended, so they no longer had to work on the site. Initially, they completed edit requests in about 2 (maybe 3) days. However, after we gave them the notice to cancel and we still had two weeks left on the subscription, they slowed down drastically, only completing 2 tasks in that two-week timeframe. I had much higher expectations given I was on their highest tier plan (Custom Pro @ $447/month). **Recommendations to others considering WP Buffs, LLC:** This might be an option if you have several months to make edits, but if you're looking for a more reliable service for time-sensitive tasks, look elsewhere. It could be suitable for small business owners who don't have an agency to work with and have no other option. **What problems is WP Buffs, LLC solving and how is that benefiting you?** I signed up with WP Buffs to help maintain a WordPress website we had for a client. The website was already optimized and running well; what drew us to WP Buffs was their promise of unlimited edit requests we could make which they would work on one-by-one. ### 7.
