What do you like best about WorkWitness?

I like using WorkWitness because of the depth and clarity of its automated analytics dashboards. These dashboards turn raw tracking data into clear visual insights that directly improve our day-to-day management. The initial setup was also relatively straightforward and user-friendly, which allowed us to get the core tracking features up and running quickly. Inviting team members and installing the desktop agent was frictionless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkWitness?

While the platform is highly effective, the initial calibration of privacy settings and screenshot intervals can require some manual fine-tuning to strike the right balance between accountability and team trust. Additionally, logging offline work—like brainstorming or client calls—takes a few extra steps, so a more intuitive interface for retroactive manual adjustments would save time. Finally, having deeper, native integrations with core project management platforms like Asana or Jira would be a major improvement, allowing us to map tracked hours directly to specific task cards without relying on third-party connectors.
