Worksmart is a decent platform to track time and request time off. It is easy for employees to navigate and see scheduled shifts.

**What do you like best about WorkSmart, Inc.?**

It is a simple, easy to read approach to time logging which makes it convenient for employees.It is also accessible via mobile.

**What do you dislike about WorkSmart, Inc.?**

I don't have any real complaints, but I do think a text message notification system would really enhance this platform.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkSmart, Inc.:**

Be sure to communicate approvals, denials, and changes of shifts to employees verbally or via text as well.
