We were mainly looking for something to manage tasks and leads together without constantly switching tools, and WorksBuddy has been working well for that. The interface is quite clean, and once you spend a little time with it, it’s easy to navigate. Integrations are decent not very extensive yet, but enough to get the job done for our current setup.
It’s been reliable in terms of performance, and we haven’t faced any major issues so far. Pricing feels reasonable, especially when you compare it to paying for multiple tools separately. The onboarding took a bit of time initially, but support was helpful whenever we needed guidance. The AI and automation features have been useful for handling repetitive tasks, which saves time across the team. Overall, it’s helped us stay more structured and consistent in our workflows.
