WorkPaid Reviews & Product Details

WorkPaid is the quote, deposit and payment app for UK trades, sole trader or limited company. Send the quote as one link. Your customer accepts it by typing their name and pays the deposit from their phone, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank. Stage payments for bigger jobs, extras mid-job, reminders by email or one tap to WhatsApp, and the invoice raised the moment they pay. Their typed acceptance and your dated job photos stay on file, and go to Stripe as evidence if a card payment is ever disputed. The money goes through Stripe straight to your own bank account; WorkPaid never holds it. Pay by Bank can't be charged back. Free to send quotes and invoices. 2.5% when a customer pays through WorkPaid, capped at £500 a job, or pass it on to the customer. No subscription, no contract, and nothing in a month with no work. Also built in: expenses with receipt photos, mileage at HMRC's rate, profit by tax year, a VAT threshold tracker, and exports for Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, FreeAgent or your accountant. Built in Sheffield. Sign-ups open shortly; join the waiting list at workpaid.uk. Free guides for trades at workpaid.uk/guides.
