Workly HR Reviews & Product Details

Workly is a Swedish all-in-one HR system designed for small and medium-sized businesses that want to simplify and structure their HR work. The platform brings together employee surveys, pulse surveys, employee development conversations (medarbetarsamtal), OSA support (Organizational and Social Work Environment compliance), and a digital employee handbook in one unified system. Workly helps managers gain continuous insight into employee well-being, detect risks early, and take action with AI-generated recommendations and structured action plans. With smart reminders, automated workflows, and centralized documentation, Workly reduces administrative work and makes HR more proactive and business-driven. In short, Workly helps companies run HR on autopilot, while keeping people, engagement, and compliance at the center.
