I've used some that overcomplicate it and this seems to get to the heart of what is needed. I also like their search functions which are detailed and the have the ability save searches which helps on monthly reports. **What do you dislike about Workday CLM, powered by Evisort?** There are a few tweaks that could be made that would make the user experience a bit smoother. There are no dealbreakers but when you use the software on a larger scale there are a few shortcuts or defaults that could be improved. **What problems is Workday CLM, powered by Evisort solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping us manage our contract workflow and get everyone from different departments into one system. Instead of making and signing deals in inboxes we are getting sign off from various departments in one place with notes and ability to go back if needed. It can provide users with fallback provisions for heavily negotiated terms. Users will immediately see a massive increase in efficiency without sacrificing reliability. I was able to issue spot on 13 contracts in a matter of minutes; a task that would've otherwise taken hours. **What do you dislike about Workday CLM, powered by Evisort?** As Evisort's product continues to develop, it will need to continue to develop its User Interface to keep up with the industry. Additionally, as with most other Contract AI products, users will want to eventually see a tool that spans the entire CLM process. Since no other company does this (well) yet either, it is hard to fault Evisort. **What problems is Workday CLM, powered by Evisort solving and how is that benefiting you?** Evisort reduces the time spent for lawyers doing mundane, redundant tasks. Also the review window is only 2/3 of a page and it would be nice to be able to have the document you are reviewing larger. **Recommendations to others considering Workday CLM, powered by Evisort:** Definitely check them out and ask for a demo. The team is extrmely friendly and helpful when it comes to asking questions about the functions and capabilities of the platform. **What problems is Workday CLM, powered by Evisort solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to quickly search an old agreement to find a specific section instead of scroling through the entire PDF is huge. Pluse the organization of folders and related files makes it much faster to open and see what you have vs. what is missing. As we've rolled Evisort out to our organization, we've seen high adoption and interest in expanding this solution to other sections of our business beyond its initial function. **What do you dislike about Workday CLM, powered by Evisort?** As with any technology company, some features we're most looking forward to have not been deployed yet (enhanced prioritization of work queue, enhanced SFDC integration for the presignature side) **What problems is Workday CLM, powered by Evisort solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have used Evisort to manage our legal review queue instead of emails (which we all know to be a void). The audit trail of reviews is excellent! We don't need to ask who has reviewed each contract because, with Evisort, there's a trail of acceptance. Excellent way to store and organize countless contracts where you can search for multiple parameters instead of trying to search your hard drive folders. Ability to attach Master terms to related documents such as an Order Form or Invoice to keep all vendors and their contracts organized. Quick and easy to locate key terms in a particular contract. The team at Evisort is responsive and always willing to answer questions or host a call to see how they can better improve the system and the AI. **What do you dislike about Workday CLM, powered by Evisort?** I do not like that when you go to the search function using the magnifying glass that you can’t start typing a word right away. You have to click into the search box which is just another step. The Evisort support team is highly responsive with any request and they are a pleasure to work with. **What do you dislike about Workday CLM, powered by Evisort?** The system is not entirely intuitive - you have to spend time working with it before you discover how to save time using it and to properly harness its power. The system allows you to structure your database into folders so that documents are easy to find. Beyond folders, grouping and linking documents is simple, and you can even attach relevant additional documents to a contract, such as the terms and conditions when they are not a part of the physical document. **What do you dislike about Workday CLM, powered by Evisort?** The alerts have many options for setup, but overall it seems as though there is not a way to attach an alert to a specific document/contract in the system. However, recurring alerts work like a charm and provide links to the relevant documents so that you don't have to hunt for them. It would be great if there were a way to set up alerts so that they are tied to one specific contract, and the same type of hyperlinking would work. **What problems is Workday CLM, powered by Evisort solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our company is organizing all of our contracts so that everyone in our organization can view and access contracts quickly and easily. We are able to quickly compare auto extracted fields with previously extracted fields to determine the best selection.
