It is very user-friendly and easy to use. It is easy to add things to your favorites so they are more accessible faster. The most important thing to me is how easy a software is to use because a company is usually made up of people who are really comfortable in technology and people who are not so comfortable. The best programs are the ones that work well for both types of employees, and workday is one of those! **What do you dislike about Workday Adaptive Planning?** There is not much to dislike about Workday, the only thing I could say I don't like is the fact that there is no way to clock-in or out on the app, only the site. It would be a little more convenient if this function was added to the app because then I could clock in or out much easier than opening a new tab on my computer for it. If you are looking to jump in day 1 with all of the knowledge you need to be an expert at Adaptive you would be disappointed. I was actually surprised at the ability to do the financial planning portion. **What do you dislike about Workday Adaptive Planning?** not as flexible ; need to have integration with netsuite easier. this is the part for some reason we were not able to figure out but it is on my to do list to contact adaptive to figure out how to integrate because in this newer version the adaptive is directly integrated into netsuite and you don't have to log in separately to activate Adaptive. if connected then we don't have to download any data and re upload again. **Recommendations to others considering Workday Adaptive Planning:** you need to be somewhat tech savvy in order t odo this. the support that you get is not great I generally find when I have questions there is a website similar to quick books where users can share ideas. there is also a forum where you can submit questions I think and they will get back to you. compared to other software this is slightly more difficult to manuever and yet there is no actual help desk. **What problems is Workday Adaptive Planning solving and how is that benefiting you?** consolidation multiple management reports. when we create comparative reports the abiity to slice and dice and multi dimensional is quite amazing, I would say it is better than hyperion. ### 7. We can have multiple budget versions and get actuals from NetSuite updated on demand to compare to the plan and update the forecast. We can run complex reports and create a standard reporting package, that will get updated straight in Excel with a few clicks of a button. The user interface is very straight forward.
