What do you like best about WorkBuzz?

I really appreciate how easy it is to customize almost every aspect of the survey experience. The default questionnaires are a strong starting point, and it’s especially useful that we can give employees the option to add bespoke attributes that reflect their specific needs. On top of that, the platform supports a broad range of survey types, which further adds to its versatility.

It’s great to hear how much value you’re getting from the flexibility of the platform. Being able to tailor surveys to different teams, languages and requirements, while still having strong templates to start from, is exactly what we’re aiming for, so it’s fantastic to know that balance is working well for you.

We’re also really pleased to hear your feedback about our support team. Being responsive, collaborative and easy to work with is a big part of the experience we want to deliver, so that’s great to hear.

On implementation time, that’s a really fair point. When there’s a high level of customisation involved, it can sometimes extend the rollout, but we’re always working to make that process as smooth and efficient as possible, while still ensuring everything is set up to deliver the right outcomes from day one.

It’s also great to hear that reporting and sharing insights is straightforward, and that the outputs are easy to use across the organisation. Ultimately, the goal is to make it simple not just to collect feedback, but to share it and act on it effectively.
