What do you like best about WorkBuzz?

I find that WorkBuzz is exceptionally beneficial for us as it allows us to gather feedback from our employees regarding our culture and work environment throughout the year, which is crucial for maintaining a positive workplace. The platform's main attraction is its ease of use, especially when it comes to building surveys. This feature allows us to quickly construct a survey to pulse our employees at any time, which means we can readily collect insights and respond accordingly. Additionally, the initial setup of WorkBuzz was fairly simple, ensuring we could get started without any significant hurdles. Overall, these aspects of WorkBuzz significantly enhance our efficiency and effectiveness in engaging with employees and fostering a constructive workplace culture. What do you dislike about WorkBuzz?

What do you like best about WorkBuzz?

I love the anonymity, but I also love how the questions are and can be tailored so that you can understand more about staffs thoughts and feelings on particular matters without things becoming "political"

What do you like best about WorkBuzz?

The best thing that I like about workbuzz are the colourful survey which font which is pleasant to the eyes. The survey structure are easy to read and understand Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WorkBuzz?

I like its easy of use, the expertise available to help write questions to achieve the outcome we are looking for, which provides real information we can use to understand our workforce.

The implementation process was well supported by the team. The customer support team were excellent and helpful and we are discovering new features all the time, which are easy to use. What do you like best about WorkBuzz?

The implementation process was incredibly smooth, and I really appreciate the collaborative approach we took. Bringing together a diverse group of individuals from across various roles within our company to engage with the Workbuzz People Science team was invaluable. This collective input allowed us to design a truly comprehensive Employee Engagement Survey questionnaire, ensuring we covered all relevant areas of employee experience.

Additionally, I’m impressed with the dashboard that presents the Employee Engagement Results. It’s not only visually engaging but also provides actionable insights, allowing us to dive deeper into the data and make informed decisions for improving employee satisfaction and engagement. What do you dislike about WorkBuzz?

The only minor challenge we encountered was the translation process. As the company, we were responsible for translating the survey questions ourselves, which required a bit of extra effort on our part. While it was manageable, having a built-in translation service could have streamlined that step and made it even more seamless for us.
