What do you like best about Wondershare Media.io?

Impossible to use the tool for the following reasons, but I believe it is done on purpose, including assistance, a decoy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wondershare Media.io?

Unable to use the tool for the following reasons:

1. You switch from one site to another without any real reason, a complete confusion.

2. If you go to a service, the page remains blank (I deleted the history...)

3. Dozens of open but empty pages accumulate.

4. Constant requests for money but I have already paid!

5. I used, so to speak, their program for 15 minutes and I ask for a refund of what I paid.

6. It is difficult to communicate, they do not respond to the requested points but try to waste time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
