The interface is simple, the features and ease of using them are countless, and the ability to export up to 4k or directly to various social media using their various platform standards is a one-in-a-million win factor for me. The customer support is also something I like about the company. Whenever I make a complaint, rather than justify their weakness or make excuses, they get to the bottom of it. **What do you dislike about Wondershare Filmora?** The AI features are sometimes a mess. You need to try many prompts using various phrases to get any results that can be managed. To get the best result, you need to use more AI credits to use the high-end generation function that usually gives better results than using the cheaper options that require fewer AI credits. I am hoping they can either collaborate with other companies with high-end, reliable AI video generation features to improve on this weakness. The separation of using the full Filmora app and the credits required to use certain features is discouraging, especially if you are a first-time user who only finds out during exporting that you need to pay extra for other features you used. I think they can combine their payment strategy instead of this. I did see something to that effect during my last purchase though but I hope it becomes the standard. **What problems is Wondershare Filmora solving and how is that benefiting you?** The undeniable solution I think Wondershare Filmora is providing so far is the ease of using tools that they, for some reason, managed to figure out how to make easy for anyone, pro or beginner, to be able to just simply click and use, unlike other software that requires complex manipulations, long training times, and more just to use them. So far, I have edited close to a hundred professional videos ranging from songs, movies, AI-generated content, and more, and the results for my clients have so far been satisfactory. ### 2. The interface is clear, everything is quite intuitive, and you can create really neat things without spending hours on it. The other wonderful thing-- it is constantly updated with features. Exporting to many formats is fast and clean. Installation is fast and registration easy with only a login. No ridiculous codes to enter. One unbelievable thing is the responsiveness of Wondershare support. I have written several times with problems or just feedback from past versions and they have not only responded with a personal (not boilerplate) email, they have actually FIXED any problems quickly! I am hoping Filmora goes all in on AI integration because one day I would like to use it to make short live-action films with scripts I wrote.
