WombatLink is a guest experience platform for tour operators, independent guides, and activity providers. It eliminates the back-and-forth of pickup coordination by turning every booking into a single, branded link that the guest opens on their phone. Each pickup page includes an interactive map of the meeting point, the guide's photo and contact details, written pickup instructions, an optional timed itinerary, and a real-time chat channel between guest and guide. The standout feature is automatic translation: powered by Anthropic's Claude, the page renders in the guest's preferred language — including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Mandarin (simplified and traditional), Korean, Arabic, and Indonesian — without any work from the operator. Tour operators can connect WombatLink directly to 6,000+ apps through Zapier, so pickup links are created, updated, and cancelled automatically as bookings change in their booking system. A REST API and webhook log are available for custom integrations. WombatLink is designed for small-to-mid-sized tour businesses that want a professional, multilingual guest experience without the cost or complexity of building one from scratch.
