For me, Wishlist Member is one of the most robust plugins for creating memberships in WordPress. This tool offers very powerful advanced features for managing content and protecting resources within the members' area. One of the things I like the most is its integration with Divi and WooCommerce, two fundamental plugins that support my strategies in WordPress.

Additionally, it can be integrated with PayPal, which is great because in my country of residence, Stripe is not enabled. Another thing I like about this plugin is its ease of use. It used to be somewhat outdated, but with the new updates, it has become more intuitive and with a lot of support to follow the configuration step by step. A disadvantage, especially for me since I don't fully master English, is that most of the information, both written and in video, is available only in that language. I was very impressed with the timely response (within 12 hours) and effective efforts of the support team. I needed help with a somewhat confusing situation where I had two accounts with two different subscriptions and they were very helpful in sorting things out. I was also very impressed with their willingness to accommodate my requests, whether it was to make up for me missing the expiration deadline for renewal (because of the Thanksgiving holiday craziness in my life) or supporting a legacy product that I purchased a while ago. WishList Member can be custom-tailored to do just about anything in regard to creating a WordPress hosted membership site or even course platform. There is a tech curve so it can be difficult for anyone who isn't tech savvy or doesn't want to take the time to learn it. (This isn't a weakness at all, it actually gives it more versility) The biggest thing that I currently do not like is they recently released the WishList Courses add-on and many license holders, including myself, have spent years creating what this add-on does the hard way. I feel it was a slap in the face that this upgrade is being positioned as an add-on and not included in the main WishList license. I've never had an issue paying for add-ons that allowed use with other software/services, but strongly feel the courses add-on should have been part of the primary license.
