We have to set each individual up with an account, which can be a pain, but allowing people to help themselves search for information is invaluable to allowing our team to be more efficient with our other work tasks. Interdubs has a much better way to track what IP address has viewed or downloaded materials. **What problems is Wiredrive solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is a required piece of software. If we didn't use Wiredrive we would use another partner. ### 42. Everyone knows what it is, clients are comfortable with it. **What do you dislike about Wiredrive?** The UI is not consistent or intuitive. Using it for a while has helped, but there user management behaves different then project management, working within projects it isn't always clear how to do things. **What problems is Wiredrive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Wiredrive to share work with clients for review and discussion.
