We sampled searches and immediately reported the information we were seeking was not present. They dragged their feet saying they would discuss a pro-rated refund. In total we conducted 6 searches, found their service unusable, offered to come to terms on a reasonable fee. To date they have withheld $3,700 for a two day test and they refuse to address the issue with any professionalism. **What problems is Winmo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our interactions with Winmo have been detrimental to our business. ### 48. They have great tools like the Brand Sponsorship tool where I can look up a sports team and see what brands are sponsoring them. There are many tools that help me prospect for the contacts I'm looking for. **What do you dislike about Winmo?** Sometimes I find contacts that should be in Winmo, but aren't. Some of the brands/companies have very few contacts and I found it hard to soley rely on Winmo for prospecting. I also find that their list agency contacts aren't reliable with the brands that they work on. It would be nice to have the brands updated more frequently. They are also a very limited amount of contacts for many of the brands. Which is why Winmo is the perfect tool to use with the addition of other services like Sellercrowd or Linkedin. **Recommendations to others considering Winmo:** Make sure to use all the tools that they have available. Your account manager will do a great job in helping you find whatever you're looking for. **What problems is Winmo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Winmo helps me look for brands that I would not find otherwise. It helps me focus my efforts in doing so. Winmo has a very comprehensive set of tools that allow me to do a multitude of things. Tools like their advanced search lets me filter for the exact target group that I'm looking for and it makes my life 10x easier. Filter options like media spend and industry are extremely useful. ### 49.
