Their automation capabilities are very valuable in terms of scheduling reports and real-time updates and presenting client-ready dashboards, which also significantly reduces manual efforts. Though this platform is powerful, its initial setup and configuration are a bit of a hassle, specifically when connecting with multiple data sources and customising reports. Some of their advanced customisation options and deeper analytics features should be expanded further, and users who are new to data reporting tools need a short learning curve to understand their capabilities.
