**What do you like best about WindowEdge?**

Window Edge is a platform designed specifically for window companies.  It was built with our unique processes in mind and allows me to manage my team more efficiently without having to manage a program AND my team.  Being able to stay in a single platform daily, without having to jump around is a big benefit!

**What do you dislike about WindowEdge?**

Being a new platform, there are still bugs that are being worked out regularly.  That said, the developers are quick to respond and correct.

**What problems is WindowEdge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Window Edge has created an all in one platform for window replacement companies.  Prior to Window Edge, my team and I were working in no less than 5 different systems for a single customer appointment.  This took significant time to learn and more importantly took time away from our customers.  Being able to work in a single system creates a fluid end to end process that has helped to increase our top line sales significantly!

I like how easy and user-friendly WindowEdge is. It's really easy to look at and just navigate, and it's very self-intuitive.

**What do you dislike about WindowEdge?**

Nothing to dislike at the moment

WindowEdge improves customer interaction and speeds up our response time to customers.
