I can segment my customers and personalize their sales. I can give options for receipt or invoice, all forms of payment. We started as a small store and now we have thousands of products online. Another great thing is the customer service, they help you immediately and if not, they study your case and respond within a few hours. We also have integrated Meta Ads and Google Ads-Merchant Center and Mercado Libre. I recommend it 100%. **What do you dislike about Jumpseller?** Although it has many integrations that work very well, I would ask them for more marketing and CRM integrations. **What problems is Jumpseller solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before, we had the store hosted elsewhere and we managed it with another tool, and it was a mess, nothing worked well. Now it's the complete opposite, we are very satisfied with Jumpseller, plus we don't pay commissions or extras for the integrations, what could be better than that! ### 3. Any problem, the solution is just an email ahead and they will get back to you in a matter of minutes. -it allows easy sync with apps like vidyback and whatsapp chat. Vidyback along with jumpseller has helped me in creating template videos and share it on my social media accounts. i usually make these videos to let my customers know about any current sales, bestseller and discounted products in the form of a video. -The best part is their is no transaction fee and the subscription cost is very low as compared to its competitors. **What do you dislike about Jumpseller?** - It provides only limited applications and integrations to combine and make automations for someone like me from an IT background. for suppose if i want to customize the site to control the traffic to much potential customers, sadly it doesn't have the option to do that. - phone support is available only for their premium plan members. -jumpseller needs more marketing as i feel its somewhere lagging in terms of reaching the global audience. **What problems is Jumpseller solving and how is that benefiting you?** Jumpseller has really helped in converting my simple offline business into a much profitable and recognizable online store reaching the local customers. it provides straight- forward customization options, very easy to use and cost-effective.its multi-payment options and various shipping gateways helped me in hassle free delivering of the products.Thankyou. ### 4. However, the theme catalog is somewhat limited, so users may have to look elsewhere for additional options. The platform is very affordable, without any admin fees, but there are some plugins that require an additional cost and installation of which some previous experience in website creation is required. Additionally, some of the customization options are outdated and could benefit from an update. The procedure for creating new pages or tabs could also be better explained, as the current instructions are not very clear and users may have to rely on trial and error. They do not charge commissions for sale, only a monthly charge that has discounts for annual or biennial payments. They also make discounts for having more than one store or for recommending the platform to other people. Very loyal to its customers.   They have extraordinary customer support, they always help in all doubts and take the time to resolve them. If you have little knowledge in HTML / CSS you can do really powerful things. The code editor is kind to understand and manage. **What do you dislike about Jumpseller?** The customization of some themes is deficient because they are old. **Recommendations to others considering Jumpseller:** If you have doubts, feel free to write them, they always have a solution to the problems. **What problems is Jumpseller solving and how is that benefiting you?** I live in Chile and is perfectly adapted to the local market in terms of payment and shipping methods. They have applications dedicated to solving those problems and discounts associated with external services. The follow-up of orders for my clients is very kind. ### 11.
