Whoza.ai Reviews & Product Details

Whoza.ai is an AI-powered call answering and lead capture platform built in Scotland for UK tradespeople — plumbers, electricians, builders, roofers, locksmiths, heating engineers, and other field service businesses. Its AI voice agents (Katie and Mark) answer business calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. When a call comes in, the AI agent greets the caller in a natural voice, qualifies the enquiry (capturing job type, urgency, location, and customer details), filters out spam and sales calls, and flags emergencies. Qualified jobs are sent instantly to the tradesperson's phone via WhatsApp, SMS, or email, where they can accept, decline, or request a callback with one tap. Setup takes around 30 minutes using the business's existing phone number — no apps, no new hardware, and no technical skills required. Beyond call answering, Whoza is a full revenue system. Its Claire agent automatically follows up on completed jobs to request Google reviews, while its Rex agent runs competitor and AI-visibility analysis and delivers weekly actions to help the business get recommended by AI search tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity. A real-time dashboard tracks calls answered, enquiries captured, estimated value recovered, and reviews generated. Whoza AI Ltd builds AI voice agents for UK trade businesses. Whoza answers every inbound call 24/7 in the business's own name, works out how urgent the job is, captures the caller's details, and sends them to the tradesperson on WhatsApp within seconds. It is built specifically for plumbers, electricians, builders, roofers, heating engineers, locksmiths and other UK trades. It keeps the business's existing phone number, sets up in about 30 minutes, and starts at £59 per month with a 7-day free trial. Registered in Scotland, company number SC874716.
