Wholii Reviews & Product Details

Most registered NDIS providers are drowning in admin. Compliance spread across spreadsheets, credentials tracked in someone's head, incident reports written hours after the shift when details are already fuzzy. Wholii fixes all of it, not just compliance, but the entire workflow that surrounds it. Support workers speak their shift notes, incident reports and medication records on shift. Wholii writes, structures and timestamps them automatically. No typing. No backlog. No staying back. Everything your organisation creates lives in one place: participant profiles, incident records, policy sign-offs, credential expiry dates, audit trails. Searchable, connected and always current. When the auditor arrives, you export in minutes, not days. Smart automation handles the rest: credential alerts before anything lapses, approval workflows that move without chasing, compliance dashboards that show your whole organisation's health in real time. The result is a team that spends less time on paperwork and more time on care, and an organisation that's audit-ready every single day, not just the week before. Built by a registered NDIS provider, for Australian providers. Designed for the people who actually do the work.
