I have personally found it very user friendly when it comes to picking up any grammatical errors. This program has been of great assistance to me, keeping aside any fears of spelling any incorrect words. It is of great value for money and has all the features you could desire. **What do you dislike about WhiteSmoke?** So far I have had great experience in utilizing White Smoke without any problems and I am satisfied with the way it has worked wonders for me. The only slight glitch I have experienced using White Smoke is there is a limitation when asking it to check larger sized documents in the region of 10000 however I do not think it is a major issue. **What problems is WhiteSmoke solving and how is that benefiting you?** White Smoke is solving problems when it comes to checking any grammatical errors and spelling and alerts you before you submit which I find highly convenient. It benefits be greatly in the sense that when I am sending emails whether internally or to clients, it ensures what I am submitting is of free from any errors. ### 2.
