WhiteHatJr has plenty of staff for management who ensure to keep your kids learning constantly. they keep eye on your kid's learning and answer every query your kid asks. proper schedules attract the most. **What do you dislike about WhiteHatJr?** the only thing that I dislike the most is their calls from customer care when you go for a free trial. once you go for a free trial and didn't take the learning package from them, you will be fed by their so many phone calls. Their mobile application user interface is not much attractive and little leggy. they should develop a mobile application that will be more fluent to use. customer support is little slower than I expected. sometimes they didn't respond or answer. **What problems is WhiteHatJr solving and how is that benefiting you?** WhiteHatJr is making education easily available to people living in a very remote areas. now kids can learn coding and maths online. it helps to develop the basic skills of our kids making them more creative and intelligent. I volunteer at an nGO where over 200 students are getting education through Whitehat Jr which is a big step. I wanted my nephew to learn basics. **What do you dislike about WhiteHatJr?** More promises and less actions. The relationship manager promised too many things but the trainer delivered only a few. The coding trainer was not that experienced to be honest, and she wasn't good at coding at all. **What problems is WhiteHatJr solving and how is that benefiting you?** So i used it for my nephew's maths and coding lessons. The video lessons are really good with all those graphics and all and are helpful too. Ease of access is there so that's again a plus point.But I wasn't happy with the teachers. ### 7. Using the application, I can easily track my child's progress and connect with teachers for feedback and check my son's progress.
