What I love most is how lightweight, mobile-first, and fluid the interface is. Before choosing WhatsMenu, I had tried practically everything else out there—Shopify, WordPress, Ecwid, Dokan, and OpenCart. While those platforms are powerful, they often bring unnecessary bloat and setup friction for certain types of businesses. WhatsMenu nails the essentials: it’s clean, incredibly intuitive, and user-friendly. The native WhatsApp integration is seamless, and the pricing is completely transparent with no hidden costs or surprise fees. Most of the core functionalities you actually need are already included right out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface is gorgeous and modern out of the box, but because it relies on a clean, standardized layout to keep things fast and user-friendly, there is slightly less room for wild, out-of-the-box UI overhauls compared to building a custom site from scratch on WordPress.
