The customer service is really nice which I like a lot too. I like how you put multiple types of ways to contact you guys and your address too which is really helpful. **What do you dislike about Weven?** I do not really like how big everything is on the website, it kind of gives me an eyesore looking at it. I think the website is too bright too because of the colors, it would be really nice with dark mode. **What problems is Weven solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems that Weven is solving are helping people find places to get married at. This is benefiting me because me and my partner planned to get married but don't know a place to get married. ### 2. It gives a professional look to the event. **What do you dislike about Weven?** I do not think the name is an easy one to remember and it fails to tie to any brand values that might make it more memorable. Great platform, but I'd recommend either changing the name or using a tag line that is super short and memorable. **What problems is Weven solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping the myriad details associated with event management -- lists of attendees, catering, venue, RSVP's, you name it --- and simplifying it. Plus, it is very thorough and really helps mae sure we include everything! ### 4.
