On some occasions, even though I have already finished uploading a large file, my client takes minutes or even hours for the download button to be enabled; sometimes that is frustrating. Another thing I don't like much is that, to change the plan and have each internal user of the company have their personal account, the price increases significantly. I think the prompt to download the app confuses people? Lately clients have been downloading their app, I use the website, and there they struggle with downloads. not much I dislike about it. its basic and fast and doesn't require much to use it. if anything, perhaps short term options for upgraded service. like get five transfers at x amount of gigs for x amount of dollars, something that doesn't require a monthly subscription.
