Wellfound Reach Reviews & Product Details

Wellfound Reach is the agentic recruiting platform that turns 13 years of startup hiring data and a network of opted-in candidates into the outcome recruiters want: replies from qualified candidates. Describe a role in plain English and get first candidates in under two minutes, with no onboarding calls or setup fees. Key features include: - Sourcing agents. Launch multiple agents per role, each testing a different strategy, market, or experience profile. Agents evaluate candidates, rank matches, and explain why each one fits. - Auto Pitch. Reach writes personalized multi-stage outreach and sends it from your own inbox, so candidates see a person, not a platform. AI drafts replies based on your guidelines, and you review and control every send. - Ask Wellfound. The recruiting assistant that stays with you after the obvious candidates run out. It can suggest the next search when a pipeline stalls, expand target company lists, improve outreach sequences, and surface market signals such as layoffs and talent movement. Other tools stop at the list. Ask Wellfound coaches the whole pipeline. - Works with existing tools. Reach integrates with Slack, Gmail, and 50+ ATS platforms including Greenhouse, Ashby, and Lever. Wellfound Reach searches 500M+ enriched profiles plus 10M+ candidates who opted in to hear from companies like yours, so outreach lands with people who want it. Candidates who opted in reply 50% more often than profiles sourced from the open web. Wellfound's 13 years of hiring data powers enrichment: company stage at time of employment, inferred skills from teammate data, and hiring-bar signals, so matches are worth pitching and pitches get answered. Free to start, with premium plans from $135 per seat per month.
