**What do you like best about Weflow?**

As a Sales Director, Weflow has helped me forecast more reliably while saving a significant amount of time. Besides that, in enabled me to always have an overview over the pipeline without having to deal with Salesforce’s displeasing interface. WeFlow also adds a number of useful views that help me better identify risks early on. Overall, it has saved me a tremendous amount of time in updating forecasts and tracking changes through their google extension and the two-way integration with Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

SO far my experience with Weflow has been an exercise in satisfaction. I can't think of any "must-have" items that it is missing today.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Weflow's seamless integration with Salesforce ensures that our data is always up-to-date and accurate. This has been a game-changer for us, especially in the realm of forecasting. Before using WeFlow, tracking and analyzing forecasts could be time-consuming and burdensome. Further, due to incomplete or outdated data, managing large numbers of complex, enterprise-scale opportunities was a challenge, leaving me conserned that something would be missed.  Weflow has simplified this process, and provided me with real-time insights that enable me to make the right decisions in the right moment.

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

We use we flow to primary remove the friction of updating opps in salesforce CRM on a manual basis, having an easy access tool always on to keep things up to date improve time to insights, so we can take faster and more informed decisions, also their visualisation capabilities are very good to have both easy and deep understanding of pipe management.

Forecasting it's always hard to track and analised if the data it's incomplete or up to date, we flow help us keep this up to date on a very simple way.

Pipeline Management was hard to get it right since the visibility into deals was not accurate and up to date, we flow really stands out with their auomation tracking and seemless updated options on a deal level with our CRM.

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

As a founder, I found that WeFlow combines the best of Sales enablement, management tools and forecasting in one tool, which helped our sales / revenue team connect way better. The Sales reps update contact/ deal data much more now as it goes seamless and quick for them, which means that data hygiene improved tremendously. 

This makes it easier for revenue to have an overview over the pipeline, be aware where opportunities and risks lie and make way more accurate forecasts, also directly through the forecasting in WeFlow. All in all, streamlines a seamless workflow from A-Z for Revenue and Sales. Great UX and UI, especially in comparison to salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Our sales reps would like to see an embedded dialing feature in the extension.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fixed gaps in pipeline overview/forecasting caused by outdated or missing deal and contact details. Now, all important data is always up-to-date and all in one place (in Weflow but also Salesforce at the same time). Pipeline overview and accurate forecasting with ease.

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

It's really easy to use, and has considerably reduced my admin time. We use Salesforce internally, and updating opportunities, forecasts and accounts always takes ages, you don't always have edit rights on lists, and it's frankly unintuitive! We implemented WeFlow and integrated it with SF and I can now update all my opps interactively, instantly, and have a really clean view of all of my opps.

There is a small lag when a new field is created on Salesforce, it doesn't instantly sync with WeFlow. But it hasn't been a massive issue and it's the only dislike I can think of ...

Reducing admin, streamlining workflows. I can spend more time working on meaningful and impact full activities

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

Hands down it has to be how much time it saves me spent updating Salesforce. As an AE I've usually got back to back meetings and calls all day, the few hours a week Weflow gives back to me is so valuable. No more wasting time toggling between salesforce and other sheets to keep my pipeline organised and CRM up to date.  

I also appreciate the simplicity of the UI - its just brilliant and love the ease at which I can view and fly through any required updates. Super easy to connect an get started with. I understood and took to it in minutes. Overall it just helps me operate with much more focus and efficiency - to the point where I now actually enjoy updating my pipeline. I hardly use Salesforce directly at all nowadays.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Honestly there's not much, but if I had to stretch to find something, I wish the mobile app worked a bit snappier. But that's really nitpicking - it still gets the job done from anywhere. And I know they're constantly improving based on user feedback, so it's bound to get even better.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an account executive, my top priority is closing deals and hitting my sales targets. However, I was finding it really challenging to keep on top of all the admin that entails, like updating opportunity stages and deal notes in our CRM.

Weflow has solved this problem for me in a few key ways:

It integrates seamlessly with my CRM (Salesforce in my case) to automatically sync updates. This saves me hours each week that I can now spend actually selling.

The templates and guided fields mean I can capture all necessary deal info quickly without wasting time reformatting.

Signals and alerts highlight any risks or changes to deals so I can proactively address issues rather than being caught off guard.

Insights into how my pipeline and performance compare over time help me optimize my process.

With Weflow taking care of the admin burden behind the scenes, I now have the time, data and visibility to focus my efforts where it really counts - managing deals from opportunity to close.

It simplifies my life TREMENDOUSLY!

With ease, weflow facilitates quick drops of important data into Salesforce from the many apps and web pages that we navigate through during our workday.
In my daily practice I can easily create new contacts, tasks and opportunities, as well as update records - all without leaving the app or website I am focused on.

I have not found a flaw in this product as of this moment.

Continuous flow of work tasks across multiple platforms, apps and websites is a breeze.  Weflow sits in the background, eagerly waiting for important customer and account contact information to be properly placed in my CRM.

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

This software is very easy to use and has greatly reduced the time I spend on administrative tasks. Internally, we use Salesforce, but updating opportunities, forecasts, and accounts is often time-consuming, in addition to problems with write access and a lack of intuitiveness. We decided to use WeFlow and connect it with Salesforce. We also use it every day to automate the task creation based on activities sent from Gmail.
We also receive some explanation on 'How to use' from the Customer support.

At this time there is nothing that I dislike for the available functionalities.

The email activities logging as record in Salesforce is not available with standard feature. Weflow allow us to bypass this

I am impressed by the great usability and speed at which Salesforce lists can be updated & edited. There is everything I need from Salesforce without the hassle of building cumbersome reports or dashboards.

There is still some areas within Salesforce that provide a better overview - like stages in opportunities or for lead management that could be visualised better.

Weflow provides an unmatched usability when it comes to creating editable salesforce lists/reports to handle opportunities, leads & prospects, but also existing accounts and contacts. My weekly activity and pipeline update has never been so easy.

The interface is so easy to use. I save so much time using Weflow rather than Salesforce directly.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Some very minor workflow tweaks I would like to see. I've shared the feedback and the team has been incredibly responsive in responding and fixing.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Weflow primarily helps me save a few hours a week by being a much cleaner, faster alternative to Salesforce. SF is so slow and clunky.

The Deal Quality/Forecast/Signals features also allow me to better understand my company's deals, evaluate pipeline and flag missing info, ultimately leading to better performance.

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

I like the UI and the UX. It is intuitive and straight to the point. Moreover, you can have dashboards, reports prepared from the admin and let the Account Executive focused on their business.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

For a Salesforce expert that know the platform very well, you can feel frustated because you can't obviously and intentionnally do everything you can do within the main interface.

Make any Sales reps completing information with emails, notes, and more, automatically uploaded in the CRM. You don't waste time in repetitive tasks, Weflow does it for you.

Its automated logging, updates, and processes streamline everything, saving me valuable time. The platform's automated insights increase visibility, empowering me to make informed decisions. With Weflow, I close more deals efficiently. Also, the UI is beautiful. It's a game-changer!

While it's difficult to find anything to dislike about this platform, if I had to mention a minor aspect, it would be that WeFlow is newer, so there are some bugs. However, WeFlow always catches them in a timely manner.

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

I like that they give you special categories not found in SF designed to help you understand more about your pipeline. I wish they had more; it's the competitive advantage of using something like Weflow.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

I don't like that their significant tenet is connecting email. And that you need your office admin to approve it. My office admin doesn't want to approve non-corporate items, and if I'm trying to get ahead, I need to be able to work independently of them and leverage all the tools I can.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Viewing the pipeline as a spreadsheet helps move through deals quickly and efficiently. It makes me much more productive because I can do things a lot faster than in SFDC.

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

We all want to have frictionless workflows that allow us to work how we work best. To get into our flow state. But how often do you hear sellers say Salesforce supports this? Likely never. Inevitably you're subject to the "sales police" that constantly keep an orderly Salesforce instance by reminding sellers to work in a certain way. If this is your reality, then Weflow is your solution. Weflow allows sellers to work how they work best. If a person is visual, then they can view their pipeline in a Kanban view. If they prefer to email directly from Gmail, no problem. The activity can automatically be logged in Salesforce.  Weflow creates an almost ambient/ubiquitous interface for Salesforce that, at least for me, has dramatically increased the amount of data I store within Salesforce. It's also allowed me to manage my pipeline in a much more efficient way.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

I'd like to see more browser extension support. I believe it only supports Chrome browsers at the moment.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As already noted, Weflow embeds Salesforce within the tools and services that I use to get work done. No longer do I have to context switch out of an app, log into Salesforce, click through a bunch of screens - all just to update an opportunity.

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

Weflow absolutely has added value in that it brings a cleaner UX to all things Pipeline management. A more modern, sleek, UI with tabular list views is helpful.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

I ultimately ended up not pursuing this in my org for a couple of reasons: the cost, relative to the benefit is a bit high and we have a ton of validations in opportunity fields making some of the updates through the Weflow UI unviable.  I am still a fan and encourage the team t continue developing this - particularly interested to see AI capabilites in the conversation itelligence realm.

Beneficial to simplify, modernize , and augment user interaction and adoption with CRM.

Weflow cuts down the number of hours I spend in SFDC. Being able to intuitively create pipeline views and different templates (notes, sidebar, etc.) is one of my favorite features. Rather than having to navigate back and forth between different SFDC pages and reports, I can quickly filter down and organize the views with the fields I need. Super helpful for opportunity management or doing pipeline reviews. On top, the different Weflow fields (waning fields, activities, etc.) give me better visibility into deals.

I would not say that there is something that I dislike. As a young company, they are super quick in personal customer service and have time to walk you through different features

It's less of off a dislike and more a feature request. I believe complex  oppty workflows/playbooks are not yet being included such as MEDDIC playbook e.g. which would add addditional value

Main problem being solves is that my team and I do not need to login into SFDC anymore to update our opportunities and accounts. Everything is in one place and easy to edit and usable for forecasting.

As an account manager, I've found that Weflow's Salesforce command centre has been a game changer for me. What I like best is how easy it is to look at my contacts and manage my follow-ups.

Before using Weflow, I was constantly clicking around Salesforce, trying to find the information I needed. It was time-consuming and often frustrating. But with Weflow, everything is laid out clearly and concisely, making it easy to stay on top of my accounts.

One example that comes to mind is when I had a call scheduled with a key account, but I had forgotten to prepare for it. With Weflow, I quickly reviewed my notes and past interactions with the account, as Weflow has a better overview layout, so I felt more prepared for the call. Everything went so smoothly and I felt more confident in my ability to manage the account.

Overall, I highly recommend Weflow to anyone who needs to manage their Salesforce pipeline, notes, and tasks. It's made my job as an account manager much easier and less cluttered.

While I generally find Weflow to be a very useful tool for managing my Salesforce tasks, notes, and pipeline, there are a few things that I think could be improved. For example, I have noticed that some of the features can be a bit buggy at times, which can be frustrating when I am trying to get work done quickly. Additionally, while the task manager is helpful, I sometimes wish there were more batch edit features so that I could update multiple tasks at once.

One other feature that I would really appreciate is one-click telephony out of the box. As an account manager, I often need to call my contacts, and having a built-in telephony feature would be incredibly convenient. At the moment, I have to juggle around between Weflow and Salesforce to make calls, which can slow me down.

The time-saving benefits of using Weflow are immense. I no longer have to spend hours updating Salesforce manually. Instead, I can easily log emails from Google Workspace/Gmail to Salesforce, use templates to qualify deals, structure meetings, and streamline data capture. As a BDR, I use these features in my daily work flow: 

1. Tasks. With WeFlow, I can see which tasks are coming up right in front of me instead of digging through Salesforce and/or Outreach. It keeps me more organized in my daily role. 

2. Pipeline. The feature allows me to search through Salesforce for accounts that haven't had activity for a while. For old opportunities, this has been such a great feature. I can now easily ensure I reach prospects that may have fallen through the cracks. 

3. Opportunity fields. With the chrome extension, I can easily change multiple aspects in Salesforce without having to look up each account or contact to make changes manually. It sets up Salesforce as a spreadsheet, allowing you to make changes easily. For prospecting, this has saved me a BUNCH of time.

I recommend WeFlow for BDRs who value organization and efficiency in their role.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Not much yet. I know WeFlow is new, so I'm excited to see what's up and coming in the future.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data hygiene. As a BDR, having SalesForce updated and accurate is a must. When looking for opportunities that have slipped through the cracks, Weflow has made keeping data up to date. As I'm looking at many accounts and contacts per day, Weflow has allowed me to keep all the notes on my prospects more accurate.

Time. I've saved a lot of time using Weflow. As a BDR, we have a lot of tech stack under our belt. Weflow makes going from one tool to another much more effortless. It has allowed me to use more time in actually contacting prospects.

Weflow's user experience is comparable to updating a spreadsheet - as opposed to opening up tons of SFDC tabs to update every single contact, account, opportunity, or task. Those kinds of core to-dos are certainly important but truly cumbersome in Salesforce. With Weflow, I can do my housekeeping tasks in no time. Moreover, I also feel like I'm better prepared for meetings as I don't have to switch between tabs while having a call with a prospect. Everything is now kept in one place.

Hard to say - the team has been fairly quick so far in resolving any questions, feedback, and blockers I encountered. I'd advise everyone to schedule a 1-1 session to get the most out of Weflow.

Generally, I feel like the heavier and more complex the Salesforce instance, the better use can be made of Weflow. However, in any case, it's worth a try (as it's free!). When working in sales, it can be challenging to keep track of your deals. I work in a high velocitiy-short-sales cycle business, and not following up on prospects is a waste of money. We flow helps me to keep track of my current pipeline, where a deal sits, how its progressing and reminds me what to do so I don't forget.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Nothing so far, I like the simple user interface, I like the fact that its customizable and easy to use. Setting it up was easy as well. The only dislike I had was that it changed the home page of my browser, but its not a dealbreaker.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It just works really well with SFDC. It has the exact features that SFDC lacks, I've put in many request with Salesforce to add these kind of features but never got any feedback.

Once you selected 'Don't log activity' in your notes, this setting will remain and Weflow stops auto-logging the notes you chose to create from your calendar.

The notepad makes it super easy for reps to follow our sales processes. We set up a bunch of note templates with embedded Salesforce fields. By making note-taking a breeze, Weflow ensures that valuable meeting notes do not only end up in our CRM (as opposed to OneNote, Evernote, etc.) but also that opportunity fields get updated at the same time.

Zero gripes so far as it meets expectations and they're constantly evolving (you can literally observe improvements every week).

Embedding sales processes within the organization and nudging the team to follow them consistently is challenging. Providing note templates in Weflow that reflect our processes while updating Salesforce has not only elevated sales process compliance and data quality but also boosted the speed of making updates.

I've found Weflow to be an extremely powerful tool for managing my daily workflows as an AE. The ability to sync data between Salesforce and Google Calendar is very useful. Tasks are another great feature that allows me to manage follow-ups effectively. Their customer success team is fantastic and they're always willing to help out with any questions that arise.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

Nothing in particular. As a new user, there were initially a number of unknowns for me, which were resolved by their self-onboarding flow and CS team.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of having multiple places checked during my daily workflow, I can keep everything in front of me, don't lose track of things, and the need to update SFDC is less of an effort.

The notepad! It's pretty powerful given the possibility to embed Salesforce fields and the manifold formatting options. I created a bunch of note templates (e.g., for discovery calls) with an agenda and a checklist with questions to ask. By linking the note to my opportunities, I can automatically create meeting activities in Salesforce. Super useful.

All good so far. Though the Chrome Extension is pretty versatile, I'd love to see where else Weflow could be integrated.

Previously, updating my pipeline was pretty tedious. Weflow is a huge time-saver and I can get more meetings done as I spend less time updating Salesforce. Also, handovers are improving since the notes I make are better structured and more extensive.

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

weflow allows for a simplified view of things you care about in Salesforce. I like the quick access that WeFlow brings to your pipeline, tasks, and opportunities. The ability to make rapid changes has made daily tasks and follow-up so much more fluid. I tend to get distracted by the vast amounts of information that SalesForce offers and need to de-clutter, in a sense, and weflow facilitates that.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

I don't like that I can't change my theme to a dark mode view. It also changes your chrome 'new tab' page to Weflow and there seems to be no intuitive/simple way to return it to the default view. Outside of this, weflow has been a great tool.

**What problems is Weflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have ADHD and can get easily distracted by the deep levels of information that Saleforce has. While this information is critical, I need to have a minimalist view, as well,  so that I can stay on task, and this is what weflow provides. Being able to review my open tasks and action items quickly has helped me stay focused and on top of my responsibilities.

**What do you like best about Weflow?**

Being able to quickly get the admin work off my shoulders is such a relief. From the spreadsheet-like pipeline, over the notepad with templates and embedded Salesforce fields to the Chrome Extension and the ability to lookup or update records from anywhere in no time - that's huge. Apart from plain efficiency gains, the relatively new 'Weflow fields' provide helpful insights into my pipeline so I know more precisely where and when to act.

Apart from the tool itself, I can also highly speak of their CS team. Real advocates who not only quickly respond to questions and feedback but suggest better ways to make use of your setup. Make sure to reach out to them.

**What do you dislike about Weflow?**

I can't really point something out I dislike. I'm still exploring Weflow and believe that there are new ways to integrate Weflow into my workflows.

I am really excited about Weflow and using it as part of my daily workflow. It helped me big time in saving time that I would otherwise waste in Salesforce. Keeping track of tasks or logging notes with their notepad (with integrated Salesforce fields) is a dream. Their pipeline views provide transparency on where accounts are in their journey and tremendously eased handoffs with fewer errors on our side as the data has become more accurate.

Big shoutout to the Weflow team - I love where the product is going.

I like everything so far. One smaller ask would regard the Chrome Extension - would love to keep my own 'new tab' background but that's just a minor wish.

Weflow makes it super lightweight to update all our deal-related information in Salesforce, giving reps more selling time and keeping leadership on top of the pipeline. No need for us to drown in Salesforce but everyone is able to customize Weflow views that suit their workflows perfectly. Also, the Chrome Extension allows an augmented experience as it integrates into places where we spend our workdays (Chrome, Gmail, Gcal). Highly recommend!

There is not much to dislike about Weflow. Though it's super easy to use it would be great to have some guidance for best practices to get the perfect setup. However, I found their customer success team to be really helpful in making the most of Weflow.

As it's gotten extremely easy to update Salesforce with Weflow, deal data (1) actually makes it into Salesforce and (2) does so more timely. This allows us to get more accurate pipeline insights while making reps more effective as we're taking the admin weight from their shoulders.
