It smoothes out server the board by offering apparatuses for provisioning, observing, and security — all under one rooftop. **What do you dislike about Websupport?** I encountered slack and log jams while attempting to oversee in excess of 20 servers, which turned out to be very disappointing. For organizations with a developing server framework, it very well may be an issue. **What problems is Websupport solving and how is that benefiting you?** Servage One has been really great for dealing with my more modest advancement servers. This was useful for some time at the very beginning when we were still in the process of putting together our lab website, and ServageOne was a good introduction to doing that. **What do you dislike about Websupport?** Although the website-builder was useful, it did present some challenges. For one, it only runs on Windows, while most of our laptops and computers are Mac. This software also requires some prior experience with website building. **What problems is Websupport solving and how is that benefiting you?** This software introduced us to the world of website-building. Although it was not the best software to start out with, it exposed us to a variety of technical skills that we were able to master later on. ### 4. It's pretty simple, no frills service. Price point is OK too. **What do you dislike about Websupport?** Since their migration (I think they got taken over) it's been pretty dire. Sites keep going down randomly, they can't process card payments, email routing breaks. What's especially annoying is no reasonable explanation of breaks. Unfortunately the service is now so bad (and affecting my business) that I'd rather just swap to another provider. **What problems is Websupport solving and how is that benefiting you?** I only use it for simple web hosting, nothing more. ### 7. It’s cheap, and their customer service is attentive and responsive. I never had any down-time issues with them at all. **What do you dislike about Websupport?** Emails that you send through their servers will get tagged as spam by recipient’s providers. I’m not sure why this is the case, but I’m guessing that some not so ethical Servage customers have brought this upon the rest of us. Their servers also get hacked often, and I’ve had my account compromised by hackers.
