Not only security its easy to integrate with my web application. **What do you dislike about Webscale?** When we are using the webscale we have observed that some of the analysis are incorrect before in past it given good analysis but as our website traffic has been increased the results or the analysis given by webscale is not upto the mark . **What problems is Webscale solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides a good security from un wanted cyberattacks by providing security to our firewall and cloud giving a great features for admin to provide only necessary privileges to user. Their support was responsive and it was great to be able to chat with them via Slack. **What do you dislike about Webscale?** They forwent any sort of cost-optimization in several areas. Firstly they separated every single service onto it's own EC2 instance so we had 13 or so instances when this could have been run on far less. I understand this modularization is for reliability, but it was excessive especially when it combined to an AWS bill of $6000/month for a relatively light application environment. They also did zero effort to reduce EC2 cost by setting reserved instances. **What problems is Webscale solving and how is that benefiting you?** We didn't have the in-house expertise to set up a reliable hosting environment so they did achieve this for us, however at a substantial cost. In hindsight it does not appear to be great value given the high upfront cost and then poor cost optimization (i.e. none) done by them for our AWS environment. ### 14. Once you become their client, they will invite you to their slack channel, which allows for pretty quick communication in case of any outages. **What do you dislike about Webscale?** During our time with them as the client, a lot of outages happened, and their support team wasn't able to identify what was the cause, taking plenty of time to resolve issues and leaving out engineers to fix them. **Recommendations to others considering Webscale:** Evaluate both - webscale and AS+WS and decide what works best for you. **What problems is Webscale solving and how is that benefiting you?** We looked for a great cloud platform for our eCommerce website with a friendlier budget than AWS. It is relatively easy to set up and get running, is secure, and offers fast performance. It helped our only DevOps engineer on the team run any DevOps operations pretty fast, quickly set up 301 and 302 redirects if needed. ### 15.
