"User-Friendly with Excellent Support but Limited Availability"

What do you like best about WebRezPro?

I like that WebRezPro is user-friendly and provides an accessible, affordable solution to hotel operations. The customer service is always helpful, which makes the initial setup seamless as the support staff creates our rooms and uses. Additionally, it manages our property, connects with OTAs, and lets us process all of our nightly bookings and conference groups with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebRezPro?

I wish there was 24/7 support for those late night or early morning issues. Also, we have no direct integrations as a post-secondary institution, which limits what processes we can integrate into the workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
