It saves time, reduces back-and-forth, and keeps all the feedback in one place. **What do you dislike about Webpinch?** One thing I’d really like to see improved is the overall range of customization options. The tool is simple and easy to use, but a few more ways to organize and manage feedback would make it even more useful—especially when working on larger projects where there are lots of reported issues to track. **What problems is Webpinch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Me as a QA I honeslty feel WebPinch solves the hassle of having to explain website issues through long messages or endless screenshots with lots of back-and-forth with the developer . Instead, I can quickly point out exactly what’s wrong on the page and share that feedback with the team.
