What do you dislike about Webinar+?

The control panel has lots of "buttons and levers" that makes it highly customizable but it also makes it very tedious and repetitive on the back end. For example, you cannot default the timezone or the date of the event. When you are adding hundreds of pieces of content the opportunity for error by repeating the same steps over and over again makes it frustrating. Skip logic does not exist for the registration form; regarding drop-down questions--you cannot import data tables; there is no 24/7 customer support team; the CSP is hard to navigate through; there are limited printers compatible with their software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We also appreciate your improvement recommendations for our Eventory's hybrid registration. We've taken this feedback to our Product team and are actively reviewing opportunities to improve the registration process. The immersive product already has the capabilities requested for awareness.

As a clarifying note, we have eyes on our ticketing system for emergencies, and we respond to standard requests within one business day.

Good news! Regarding Eventory printer options, we listened to your feedback about this and released a new option (Zebra printer) for compatibility with our hybrid software option. I checked in with your account reps, and you got a demo of the experience with it last week, which is very exciting! We'll be posting more information about the release of the Zebra printer and compatibility in our next release notes in mid-February.

I like best the support provided by the Notified team who are very responsive and swift to act. The level of project management and technical support is great. I haven't used other platform before so can't comment on comparison to competition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
