It's always challenging when a company asks a third party to create content in their brand voice, which is what we do with WebFX. We work in a niche industry, and what works in other areas may not work well in our industry. At time the writers they use to help generate content may not be as experienced in technical writing as I'd prefer. This is something we work through with the utilization of WebFX's many tools such as ContentGeniusFX which allows me to review and comment on all of the content that is written and staged to be posted to the website. What do you like best about WebFX?

If you go all in, you will get a positive return on ad spend, and it only improves over time. The people are inclusive, friendly, welcoming, and frankly, I feel like I would be friends with them outside of work if we all lived in the same city. What do you dislike about WebFX?

They are an agency, and we are not its only client. I view them as an extension of my team, so I often treat them just like I treat my own employees. At times, that means I have to be patient and wait for them to work through their workflow queues with the rest of the clients. Either buy in to all of their services and fully invest at the level they recommend or don't do it at all. We started small and slow because we had no trust at first, and the reality was that they deserved our trust and full investment. We could've doubled our business in half the time if we had not hesitated and delayed going all in with their services. WebFX is our digital agency of record for Acuren. They help us mainly with SEO for our corporate website and also running various digital ad media like PPC. Our main goals are to drive users to our website and convert them into leads. Our traffic and leads have increase steadily MoM since bringing them on. Our YoY comparison is very good!
