I use it for monitoring my clients, content and vision boards. I employ deadlines, to-do lists for sorting out the job that brings me pleasure; attachments with regard to design external URLs as well as support of additional plugins in organising this work. We can tag a person so that they may ask questions via our card, whereby the individual will get notification and be able to join or depart from any moment. What do you like best about web2Project?

It's free and easy to use. Tasks can be tracked easily. Unlike other online tools today it's a desktop app that can be accessed anytime using tabs.

"Powerful project management at a great value"

What do you like best about web2Project?

Collaborating with team is easy - the different views of projects also really helped! You can view the project by date almost like a grant chart, or you can view it organized by phases, or you could have it as a workflow where tasks get moved based on their status. I loved that it was easy to customize the fields - adding and removing task fields. Additionally, having a section with a personal task list where you can mark things off was so helpful! It organized it by the due date and the small animations on the screen when you completed a task were a nice touch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about web2Project?

It can be cluttered at times and while it is dynamic, it can be overwhelming if you don't know how to use it. Once you get accustomed to the platform and understand how it works, it is easy to structure and build your taskboards. However, for beginners, that process can seem chaotic at first.
