The WCEA works in partnership with the World Medical Association, the International Council of Nurses and other key partners in many professions, supporting organizations to provide their professional staff access to accredited education through online systems and mobile technology. WCEA support staff were excellent at getting all the customisation done and was up and running very quickly. Simple to operate, clean user screens and instructions. Zoom integration works well. Good range of additional content to choose from. The end users like it, not overly complicated like some systems we looked at. Price was a big factor, and the salesperson was patient, happy to demonstrate everything and not pushy. A good experience overall. **What do you dislike about WCEA Learning and Content Management System?** It is missing some features, although some are in progress i was told. Learning paths would be great. Also integrations with other apps. Even simpler you can have WCEA do it for you. **What do you dislike about WCEA Learning and Content Management System?** The only current down sight is billing invoices and I am being told that will be taken care of. **Recommendations to others considering WCEA Learning and Content Management System:** If you are looking to provide an LMS, this is the way to go. It is financially sound, customer service is wonderful. They provide you with your own customer service individual that works with you on all levels from financial, to content to uploading content. **What problems is WCEA Learning and Content Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a small non-profit and with the WCEA we have been able to financially secure an LMS that works hard and does most of the heavy lifting. One of the best benefits is that the WCEA takes care of all the billing and logistics ... once it is set up you don't have to worry about anything until you make an update. ### 6. Almost all registrants have no difficulty from the point of account creation to course completion. On the administrative side, the website is easy to navigate. Pulling information from existing courses or user profiles is uncomplicated and downloads process quickly. Overall, the interface is straightforward. Video quality matches that of the original upload on both administrative and customer-facing sides. It is convenient to have all of our distance learning programmings in one easy-to-use website. The system itself meets the bulk of state board requirements for continuing education in the allied health field. I appreciate that the website requires registrants to create a secure account, that they are not able to fast-forward through material, and that we are able to select exam factors such as the passing grade and the total number of questions. **What do you dislike about WCEA Learning and Content Management System?** WCEA seems to only be compatible with a limited number of platforms. We find that registrants who attempt to create an account or move through a course on a mobile device encounter much difficulty. We often advise registrants to use only a laptop or desktop computer and to access WCEA through the Google Chrome browser. Any other combination seems to cause issues with account access, trouble viewing video, and inability to complete exams. While the administrative platform is very intuitive, it is a bit siloed and expansive. To upload just one course, it takes a large amount of time to go through each section of course information to confirm description and objectives, instructor information, course notes, cost, etc. Currently, these requirements are listed as dop down items within the author page, and while it wouldn't be a large change, I think it might be helpful to have all of these requirements on one, easy-to-access page. Course upload also takes a good deal of time. **What problems is WCEA Learning and Content Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is incredibly beneficial that WCEA allows you to create an attendance verification for courses. This process is something that is very tedious for our live programming, and we really appreciate being able to include our logo and the information state boards request on an automatically generated document that the registrant can access at any time. As mentioned above, it is also very helpful to house all of our online content within one system. The reports we are able to pull are functional and have all of the information our department or a state board would need in the event a registrant is audited. ### 7. I have been working with WCEA for over 8 years and am so pleased the product, customer user and user experience is only getting better. **What do you dislike about WCEA Learning and Content Management System?** I want to be able to organize the user side in terms of which courses are listed first or the possibility of grouping. Currently, they are listed based on their rating or when they are updated. There is a nice search feature, but I think being able to arrange the "home screen" for users would be nice. **Recommendations to others considering WCEA Learning and Content Management System:** Noone on my team has an IT background or any background in course development. WCEA is exceptionally user-friendly. We tried using an open-source LMS and failed. WCEA has been a great tool to make a relatively passive income each month for my department. **What problems is WCEA Learning and Content Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?** Currently, we have no unresolved issues.
