They got confused on how to proceed and in the middle of the conversation, may have not finished the flow. It would be much better if there was no optionality and it instead automated the full process. I’m absolutely impressed with the Metal NFC digital business card from Wave. The quality is superb, and it has a satisfying heft. It holds up very well in my wallet and on my convention badge lanyard. I’ve never been good writing bios either for myself or colleagues or a project.
