Overall, it feels purpose-built for fresher and campus recruitment, making the experience smoother, faster, and more professional. **What do you dislike about Superset?** One limitation I have noticed in Superset is that some universities don’t appear in the predefined options during registration. This can be inconvenient for candidates from those institutions, since they may be forced to select an incorrect option or run into issues completing their profile. Adding an “Other University” field, or allowing users to manually enter their university name, would make the platform more inclusive and easier to use for a wider range of applicants. **What problems is Superset solving and how is that benefiting you?** It replaced fragmented proces spreadsheets, emails, multiple assessment tools, and manual coordination with a single, structured platform that brings registrations, assessments, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and communication into one place. At least the support team is consistently available to assist. **What do you dislike about Superset?** The dashboard could be clearer for better understanding, but overall the service is good. There's room for improvement in data creation. **What problems is Superset solving and how is that benefiting you?** It simplifies coordination with students by consolidating all companies opening in one location. It's also beneficial for students, as they can track their profile status if it's regularly updated from the admin side. ### 7. Conducting interviews, making resumes, screening process, etc are all very easy and streamlined. **What do you dislike about Superset?** Some instability occurs when one navigates from the desktop to the app and vice versa. The best part is I got my first job with this platform only. Everything went very smoothly. You will be given the proper instructions and time frames for your interviews and all other assessments. **What do you dislike about Superset?** Sometimes we have to wait for our turn for the interview; waiting is frustrating if other participants' discussions take longer than expected, then the same should be conveyed to the other participants. Participants can register using this application, and all the details will be visible on the recruiter side, by which we can review the resumes and other information. 2.
