"Web Accessibility Evaluation at it's Best"
What do you like best about WAVE API?

I like how It generates comprehensive reports that highlight all the accessibility issues on the webpage, along with suggestions on how to fix them. These reports are easy to understand and help me to identify and rectify any accessibility issues quickly. It allows me to customize the settings according to my preferences. I can choose to scan the entire webpage or just specific sections, and I can also choose to ignore certain types of accessibility issues if I want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WAVE API?

It would be useful if it could integrate seamlessly with popular content management systems (CMS), like WordPress and Drupal or Joomla, so that website owners don't have to worry about maintaining accessibility. This would make it easier for website owners to add, edit and manage their content using the API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Solution for Automated Web Accessibility Testing"
What do you like best about WAVE API?

I like that the API allows me to seamlessly integrate accessibility testing into my development process without having to manually test every single page. Another thing that I like is its ability to identify and flag potential issues with dynamic content, such as pop-ups, overlays, and modals. This ensures that my website is accessible to everyone, including those who use assistive technologies such as screen readers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WAVE API?

I wish it offered more customization options. While it does provide a decent range of accessibility checks, I often find that it misses some important issues that I would like it to catch. It would be great if I could customize the checks to meet my specific needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

People with disabilities should be able to navigate through the website without difficulties. WAVE API offers a simple tool to check your website against W3C accessibility standards. Alternate text, aria labels, and other visual aids shouldn't be optional anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Accessibility is a task that many clients don't want to pay for. As a developer, we can spend less time looking for missing attributes and charge less for this tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Extremely useful, especially as a web app"
What do you like best about WAVE API?

The web app version of WAVE is extremely useful for figuring out site errors and maximizing accessibility. Great for diagnosing existing pages or QA testing new ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WAVE API?

The UI can use a little refinement. For example the sidebar shows errors on the page, but to see them contextually you have to scroll to them. You can't just click on the sidebar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
