It's so convenient to see the availability of each person and their specific time slots. **What do you dislike about TACTIC?** Occasionally, the tactic may not yield the desired results when it comes to reserving. However, overall, the tactic is still effective and everything else is running smoothly. **What problems is TACTIC solving and how is that benefiting you?** Utilizing this feature enables us to secure our preferred station in advance, thereby saving us the inconvenience of searching for an available one on the day of usage. ### 2. However, aside from this, I have not identified any other weaknesses thus far. **What problems is TACTIC solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a customer support representative, I am able to easily find my colleague's desk location with the help of a feature that allows me to access a map and view the details of the person using the desk. This feature is activated when they reserve and check in using Tactic. ### 3. This has enhanced our ability to meet the customers orders and also increase our productivity. **What do you dislike about TACTIC?** It does not have a smooth interaction with our current ERP system. This leads to isolated data and the need for the transfer or integration of data between production planning and other activities including inventory control. **What problems is TACTIC solving and how is that benefiting you?** TACTIC has met a major requirment for our manufacturing process and has improved production planning.
