They helped me through a lot of issues and were available at various times of the day. They did a great job of explaining things to me as we went along. **What do you dislike about WatchGuard Network Security?** The only downside is that it can be a little complicated to navigate issues on my own. I am not a true IT expert, so it is not very basic user-friendly. It is also difficult to unblock individual items for the filtering software. **What problems is WatchGuard Network Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was able to solve user authentication issues, web filtering issues, set up access for IP cameras, and a variety of other basic security needs. They helped me troubleshoot when our system is not functioning and got us back up and running. ### 2. Being able to access the configuration tools by either a web interface for the simple changes, or a program where a configuration can be uploaded, for the more intensive edits or initial configuration. **What do you dislike about WatchGuard Network Security?** In the web-based interface, save buttons are typically at the end of the page. I wish there was one at the top of the page. **What problems is WatchGuard Network Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** As an MSP, we utilize WatchGuard Firewalls for our perimeter network security. Since the pandemic, most customers who have made their workforce remote, already had a VPN solution in place. It just needed configuring. The traffic logs from WatchGuard cloud have been beneficial in showing users that are spending a large amount of time on non-related websites. With that information, WebBlocker categories to then prevent those types of websites from being viewed, making the time at work productive time. ### 6.
