They are unable to resolve a problem by ticket!!! - There is NO decent EXPORT tool!! You are the owner of your data, right? Especially considering you are PAYING them to use the SaaS!!! But the system doesn't allow you to make a full export of your data! We had the on premise version before we switched to the Cloud version which worked fine. We has a custom report which WASP support told us would work on the Cloud version which doesn't work. There support told us since we where the only company asking for this feature they wouldn't work on the issue. **Recommendations to others considering Wasp Asset:** 100% verify that your requirements can be meet by their system.
