I use Wasp AssetCloud to inventory all of our technology equipment, which includes workstations, monitors, laptops, printers, phones, servers, firewalls, switches, and access points. I appreciate that it's very easy to add new items into the system and run reports. The ease of use is a major benefit because it allows our team to quickly add, update, and manage assets without extensive training or technical overhead. The intuitive interface reduces errors and saves time. I also find the reporting functionality significantly valuable as it gives us real-time visibility into our inventory, allowing us to quickly generate reports on asset assignments, lifecycle status, warranties, and audits.
