# How do you handle surprise updates in Wasp Asset without advance notice?

I like Wasp Asset’s adaptability and that the team keeps improving the software. One challenge is that updates can go live without any pre-warning, which makes it hard to prepare for changes. I also asked about reinstating an indicator in the purchase order creation page for whether an item number is inventory or non inventory. How do you manage update communication and change impacts in your workflow?
