When I’m reviewing assets and selecting multiple items, I feel like there should be a button that opens another window where we can edit the assets or add notes and other information. I like that Wasp Asset is easy to use, especially for adding items and making personalized descriptions. It's great that I can include specific details about each tool, like what it does and how it's used. Plus, having all the information for model numbers and serial numbers makes it even better. What do you dislike about Wasp Asset?

I would like to be able to check tools out all at once then add the customer or job number then it all is checked out. Right now I have to add the job number after each tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Historical Data Lost After Upgrade, and Support Didn’t Help Recover It"

It was nice to have all data in one place. Our IT staff could all use it to keep track of devices across the district. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wasp Asset?

Unfortunately, during a WASP system upgrade, our historical data was lost. Tech support blamed one of our staff members for deleting 1000s of records. At the time, this person did not have access as she was in ICU in the hospital. No attempt was made to recover the data, that we rely on for billing for damages, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
