It wasn’t. We were live in about six weeks, and the mobile barcode scanning made picking much faster almost from day one. The biggest win for us has been real-time inventory visibility across warehouses the “in stock” number on screen now actually matches what’s on the shelf, which has cut down on false stockouts. The AI reorder suggestions have also flagged a few SKUs we would’ve otherwise let run dry. Pricing has been transparent as well, with no per-user surprises. **What do you dislike about Warego?** Reporting could definitely be more flexible. I still end up exporting data so I can build the exact view our execs actually want. The app also gets a bit laggy at times on weaker warehouse WiFi. And some of the more advanced features like deeper forecasting settings and custom EDI mapping are locked behind the higher-tier plan. **What problems is Warego solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our real problem was simply not knowing what we actually had on hand, across multiple locations, at any given moment. Spreadsheets drift, people forget to update things, and before long you’re overselling items that aren’t there or paying pickers to wander around looking for inventory that got moved without anyone logging it. That issue is basically gone now. Our counts line up, the integrations eliminated most of the manual re-entry between platforms, and we’re not cancelling nearly as many orders because of phantom stock. I’m not saying it fixed everything overnight, but it finally gave us one place we can actually trust. ### 2. Obaid and Moiz are always responsive and quick to assist whenever I have questions. The price of this system is also very affordable compared to others. On top of that, the system is straightforward and easy to use. Very happy with the system and the service overall. **What do you dislike about Warego?** There really isn't much to dislike. Overall, we've had a great experience with the system and the team. **What problems is Warego solving and how is that benefiting you?** Warego helps us keep track of our inventory and warehouse operations in one place. It makes it easier to stay organized, keep inventory accurate, and manage our day-to-day operations. ### 3. I love the customer service and onboarding process; Obaid is very helpful and super transparent, making me feel like a true partner rather than a customer. The team is very helpful with any questions and training, making me feel comfortable and helping me make my operations more efficient.
