Wamly Reviews & Product Details

Wamly is an all-in-one hiring system that allows you to hire through one connected system and was named Tech Startup of the Year 2023. Publish roles to the Wamlyjobs portal and build branded, auto-synced career pages, then move candidates through a drag-and-drop funnel, scoring and assessment invites. Knockout criteria on application forms, skills tests and with document uploads you can screen candidates out early, saving your team time. At its core is Wamly's award-winning one-way video interview, where every candidate answers the same structured questions in their own time. Uniquely, psychometric assessments (South African–normed, scientifically validated) and background checks- criminal, credit and qualification- are built in. A dynamic engine scores and ranks best-fit candidates, while panel collaboration and candidate messaging. It scales from a handful of hires a year to thousands of applications at once.
