## About Waloy
Waloy is a customer loyalty platform that lets independent merchants (restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, beauty salons, small stores) replace paper stamp cards with digital loyalty cards stored in Google Wallet and Apple Wallet. Customers scan a QR code displayed in the store, enter their first name, and their card is added to their phone in seconds: no app to install on either side. Merchants add stamps by scanning the customer's card from their own phone, and the balance updates in real time on the customer's wallet card. The platform supports stamp-based and points-based programs, custom card design (logo, colors, text), a printable QR kit and basic analytics. Anti-fraud protections include scan limits and an immutable stamp history. Waloy is GDPR-compliant, collects minimal customer data (first name only), and is currently free with unlimited customers. Setup takes about five minutes.
